Shipping and Return Policy:

The enjoyment of having these wagons will be great. But for some reason you are not satisfied with your wagon in any way please contact me and let me know what the problem is and I will try remedy the situation. If you would like to return a wagon or wagon part, you must contact me within 30 days of receipt of the wagon and let me know the problem. You can then ship the wagon or wagon part to me and I will credit your account through PayPal the price of the wagon or wagon part.

DO NOT ship back any wagon or part without letting me know first and getting approval for the return.

Being a one person business and having this website could cause an overabundance of wagon orders. If this happens I may have to ask you to wait up to eight weeks or more for delivery. Of course the one of a kind antique wagons will be sent within a couple days. I ask for your patience and if you need to contact me regarding an order, please email me. The Information We Collect:

Our company owned and operated web sites are not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information of any type in any manner with the exception of the register for an account page. The only information collected is the form information itself. This is to provide the ability for you to access our product and specification guides. If you see pop-ups/unders when viewing our sites, your system may be infected with 3rd party spy/adware and you should take immediate action to clean up your system.

The Way We Use Information:

We may use your submitted form information to follow up with you on the information you request as well as to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties unless authorized by the sender/client and only then to specific vendors pre-approved by the client to assist with requested business services. We do not under any circumstances sell your information to any one for any reason.

Our web sites are not set up to track or distribute personal information period. Our site logs (generated by the server) do generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our site or what pages were viewed. This information is used for internal purposes by technical support staff to provide better services to the public and may also be provided to others, for example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website but again, the statistics contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information.

A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a Web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. Wagon Master Coaster does not use cookies.
